Looking for an indoor Navratri venue in the UK in 2026? The examples below are locations with current event listings, not a guarantee of general venue-hire availability. Always verify the event date, ticket, entry rules and access arrangements with the organiser because festival schedules can change.
Indoor venues with 2026 event listings
Asian Community Centre — Plumstead, London
SEGA lists its Navratri 2026 celebrations at Asian Community Centre, White Hart Road, London SE18 1DG, from 9 to 19 October, 8 pm till late. Its listing also gives a Kids Garba session on Saturday 17 October, 3–5 pm. Check tickets and latest details with the organiser: SEGA London.
Grand Sapphire Banqueting & Hotel — Croydon
Grand Sapphire’s own event diary lists its South London Navratri celebration at 45 Imperial Way, Croydon CR0 4RR, for 12–20 October 2026. A linked ticket listing shows 11–20 October. Since the published starting dates conflict, confirm the session date on the official venue or organiser page before travelling: venue event diary and ticket listing.
Other community calendars
Lohana Community South London publishes a Navratri 2026 diary listing Garba nights for 11–20 October and special events during the festival. Its public calendar does not provide a complete venue and hourly schedule in the information verified here. Check the latest notice at LCSL Events Diary 2026 before choosing a location.
How to choose the right indoor hall
- Confirm that the venue is actually hosting the event on your chosen date; a hall’s existence does not imply a Garba programme.
- Check the floor rules and whether indoor footwear or specific dandiya sticks are allowed.
- Ask the organiser about capacity, seating, ventilation, toilets, step-free access, parking and public transport. Do not rely on unverified capacity or facility claims.
- Review ticket validity, entry deadline, age policy, refund rules and permitted food or drink.
- For family visits, check the availability of a quiet space and any child-specific session directly with the organiser.
Organising or hiring a venue?
If you are organising a private Garba, contact the venue about availability, capacity, licensing, sound limits, insurance, security, cleaning, catering and accessibility. The listings above concern public event programmes; they do not confirm that either venue is available for private hire.
Frequently asked questions
Which indoor venue has a clearly listed Navratri schedule?
SEGA publishes dates and a start-time window for Asian Community Centre in Plumstead. The Grand Sapphire date range has a conflict between its venue page and ticket listing, so verify the specific night.
Can I assume all indoor venues have parking or a food stall?
No. Check those facilities with the venue or event organiser for the specific date.
